婚姻用件具備証明書、受理証明書、出生届、出生証明書、戸籍謄本、住民票など
Affidavit of Competency to Marry, Certificate of Acceptance, Notification of Birth, Certificate of Birth, Family Register, Residence Card, etc.

期間 Processing Time

各書類は受付から約1週間かかります。出来上がり次第ご連絡いたします。
Each document takes about 1 week from receipt. We will contact you when finished.

料金 Fee

事務局スタッフへ直接お尋ねください。
Please inquire directly with office staff.

受付方法 Reception Method

必ず翻訳を依頼する文書の本人が、原本を持って事務所にお越しください。（代理の方の場合は、委任状が必要となります。）FAXや郵送での受付はいたしません。原本は写しをとりその場で返却いたします。
The person requesting translation must visit the office in person with the original document. (Proxy requires power of attorney.) FAX and mail submissions are not accepted. Originals will be copied and returned on the spot.

受付方法 Application

活動依頼書に必要事項を記入し、最低2週間前までに横須賀国際交流協会まで提出してください。
※時期や依頼内容によっては、承ることが難しい場合もあります。
Fill in the activity request form and submit to YIA at least 2 weeks in advance. Some requests may be declined depending on timing and content.
